At SOUL GORILLA, every item is crafted and fulfilled with care. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing the damage

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide either a replacement or a refund for the affected item.

SOUL GORILLA is not responsible for incorrect sizing selections, buyer’s remorse, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
